I'm back!

Boy those 3 days went fast. Left Thursday just before 4 p.m. and got to Dubuque, Iowa a little after 9 p.m. Then on Friday off to Dyersville to the toy show. Jerry added a few new pieces to his toy collection that is on display at the National Farm Toy Museum in Dyersville.

See those 4 cases with all the toys plus the one Jerry is standing in front of are all his toys in the museum. He collects Tru-Scale toys. The ones he played with when he was a kid. There are about 110 toys in the museum.

Anyway it was 80 degrees in Dyersville that day and we had a good time. Except the city wide rummage sales were a dud. There biggest day is Thursday and I didn't get started until Friday at 11 a.m. After hitting 12 sales and I didn't buy one thing I quite. All baby stuff and old home interiors stuff. Everyone woman in that town must have had or went to a home interiors party. Gas was only $2.55 a gallon!

Then Saturday on to Illinois. First to Sycamore to see Griffin (Jerry's cousin) and Sarah's home they recently bought. Sorry no pics of that. Then to Carpentersville to the grad party. Becky-Class of 2009
